A delegation of the Kurdistan Islamic Union Relation Bureau led by Mohammed Hawdiani and accompanied by Sakina Shekhani and Abdulaziz Harki met with the Deputy Consul General of the United Kingdom Catherine Shaw.
In the meeting, the two sides discussed the latest political developments in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq and exchanged views on this issue.
It is worth mentioning that after the delegation discussed the position, activities and political work of the KIU and its political and moderate role in different fields, the UK Deputy Consul was very pleased with these activities and policies of the KIU.
Finally, both sides stressed the importance of continuing these meetings to serve the democratic process and development of the Kurdistan Region.
