Stressed that "the civilian citizens and students recorded with their blood a part of the heroic struggle of the people of Kurdistan, which was later the basis for what we are living today."

Pointed out that, "on this occasion, the Kurdistan Regional Government should pay more attention to the reconstruction of Qal'adiza, create a decent life for its citizens, and pay more attention to the field of science and the economy there."
