Chairman of the Political Council of the Kurdistan Islamic Union Hadi Ali with Salahuddin Babeker member of the Political Council and Sherzad Mamma, a member of the Office of Relations received a delegation of the Belgian Embassy in Iraq.
The two sides discussed during the meeting the latest political developments in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region after the referendum process ,the events after 16 October and the relations between Erbil and Baghdad.
The two sides also pointed to the upcoming Iraqi elections ,the role of the Kurds ,the formation of the next Iraqi government ,the conditions of Iraq in general and the disputed areas in particular.
