A delegation of the British Embassy in Iraq on Wednesday visited the Kurdistan Islamic Union (KIU) , the two sides during a meeting pointed to relations between the Kurdistan Region and the central government ,the political process and the Iraqi forthcoming elections.
Hadi Ali, head of the Political Council of the Kurdistan Islamic Union, and Nasser al-Din Sindi, official relations on Wednesday 11-4-2018 received Alexander Kadarbai, official of the political file of the British Embassy in Iraq.
The two sides discussed during the meeting the political situation ,the upcoming elections in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. The two sides stressed the importance of relations between Erbil and Baghdad to develop the political process in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region ,stability of security ,peace and economic development.
