Chairman of the Political Council of the Kurdistan Islamic Union Hadi Ali in an interview with Kurdiu , said they handed over the government of the region a memorandum of 24 points to achieve reform and improve the living conditions of citizens, pointing out that a number of points have been approved, stressing that they will continue negotiations with the government in this regard following the end of the New Year's holiday.
