The Political Council of the Kurdistan Islamic Union on Monday issued a statement on the events that took place in the city of Kirkuk today ,appealing during the statement Kurdish political parties and the media to address this situation in Kirkuk with unity ,the spirit of responsibility and taking into account the public interest.
Where it pointed out the need to hold an emergency meeting of the Kurdish political parties to deal with the situation.
The statement of the Political Council of the Kurdistan Islamic Union also praised the role of citizens of Kirkuk and areas outside the administration of the Kurdistan Region ,demanding the citizens of the Kurdistan Region to face the consequences of high morale and patience and hope.
