Salahaddin Mohammed Bahaaddin, Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union on his Twitter page announced that "6/12 is the anniversary of the martyrs of Badinan, the day of Loyalty of the brave and courageous members of KIU, the unjustly shed blood of Mushir, Shafiq, Abdulrahman and Ismat representative of the youth.
In the same tweet, the Secretary-General of the KIU said: 6/12 is the anniversary of the scene of robbers and murderers and the smoke of burned headquarters, burned Quran, and slaughtered freedom, the enemies should not forget, it is a part of our glory.
