Secretary General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union: The death of Dr. Yousif Al Qardawi shook us all.
Salahaddin Mohammed Bahaaddin, Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union (KIU), sent a condolence letter on the death of Dr. Yousif Al Qardawi, the former president of the World Union of Muslim Scholars.
"The news of the death of the great Islamic scholar and former president of the Union of Muslim World Scholars, Dr.Yousif Al Qardawi, shook us all.
"The death of this great man of the time creates a huge gap in the field of Shari'ah, and moderation.
Al Qardawi was the leader of the moderate Islamic movement of the time. At the age of nearly a century, he was a revolutionary in the field of struggle, prison, science, poetry, justice, innovation, displacement and resistance to the oppressors.
We ask God to raise the rank of our great teacher in Paradise.
We also ask God to fill this gap and support his students and friends to complete his innovative project and fill the gap that he made .
