Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union received the Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Erbil.
Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union, Salahuddin Muhammad Bahaauddin, received today, Monday, August 9, 2021, the Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Erbil, Nasrallah Rashnoudi, and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the internal conditions of the Kurdistan Region and Baghdad and the issue of the early Iraqi elections. The two sides indicated the need to hold transparent elections and away from fraud.
