Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union, Salahuddin Muhammad Bahaauddin, and the accompanying delegation visited, on Tuesday, the headquarters of the Change Movement in the city of Sulaymaniyah.
Secretary-General was received by the General Organizer of the Change Movement, Omar Syed Ali, and a number of the movement’s leaders.
In the meeting, the two sides discussed political developments in Iraq, the Kurdistan region, and the entire region, stressed the need for all forces to join forces for the benefit of the people.
The two sides also shed light on the appropriate mechanisms and steps to prepare for the upcoming Iraqi legislative elections next October.
The two sides pointed to the legal demands of the citizens of the Kurdistan region, in particular the demands related to improving living conditions, which have been burdening the citizens for years.
