Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union, Salahuddin Muhammad Bahaauddin, sent a message of condolence, on Wednesday, on the occasion of the death of the sheikh and the social figure in Raparin, "Alaeddin Suleiman."
In his message, Secretary-General said, "With hearts satisfied with the destiny of God, we received the news of the death of the scholar and the prominent figure in Bitween and Pishder and one of the founders of the Kurdistan Islamic Union, Sheikh Alaeddin Suleiman."
He added that "the death of him created a big gap in the field of (Da`wah) in the region," stressing that, "on this painful occasion, I extend my condolences to the families of the deceased and all the scholars of Kurdistan, as well as to the members of the Kurdistan Islamic Union."
