presenting our congratulations on the occasion of twenty-fifth anniversary of the raising the flag of KIU to ourselves and all our cadres, members, masses and fans of Kurdistan Islamic Union and all the honest people of Kurdistan ,also even to those who have honest complainant on KIU, and waiting more from it, hoping for the next year full of tender, charities, humanity, struggle and service.
The march of the Islamic Union in its Silver Jubilee is a living part of the tide of moderation, reform and multi-action. (25) Years of compassion, sincerity, perseverance, integrity and purity, and from the enlightened innate and wise, good morals, and the protection of the supreme values of the individual and the Kurdish society
25 years of struggle and service... Struggle to correct misconceptions about Islam and correct practices... Correcting misconceptions in aqida, ideology, jihad, education and dawa(call)... A struggle to correct the concepts of nationality and humanity... A struggle to build a generation and raise it with mental education (civilized) and spiritual education (religious).
Struggle for the rule of law, to entrench human rights principles, to promote common national coexistence, to confront discrimination, monopoly and discord, to prevent the division of the homeland, and to stand in the way of manipulation of the dignity of the Kurdish individual.
25 years, served by the Islamic Union in service, as a moral, humane and educational school, raising a good and helpful individual, and as a national project carrying the strategy of political and social reform... Far from the repercussions of internal strife and discord, and has always been an active supporter of any steps leading to national sovereignty and the right to self-determination.
The Islamic Union, after a quarter of a century of struggle and serving the people of Kurdistan, renews the vow to move forward tirelessly, unfailingly, and courageously.
Dear Gentlemen:
The country is in its current reality, and the political, social, economic and administrative situation is complex and crisis in all its dimensions, below the required level, not to mention the state of fragmentation that deepens crises.
The Kurdistan situation suffers from several crises, including:
1. Retreating of the democratic project, which emerged in the 2018 elections, was accompanied by major manipulations and falsifications and, more seriously, frustration and loss of hope among citizens.
2. The system of forced savings of salaries, the deteriorating living conditions of citizens and the decline in economic development.
3. Administrative routines and confusion in the commitment to official working hours, the persistence of the effects of the policy of the two administration and the continuation of partisan interventions in the affairs of government departments and institutions.
4. Imminent of social collapse, the emergence of threats such as drug addiction, the prevalence of serious ethical phenomena, family and social disintegration, suicides and the killing of women... etc.
5. The phenomenon of the emigration of young people, the weak sense of national affiliation, the increase in unemployment, the discontinuation of appointments, the lack of adequate employment opportunities and other problems that have gripped young people.
At the same time, we know that the political experience of the territory, with all its loopholes and observations, is the fruit of the struggle and blood of our people, which belongs to all, and that the concerns, development and protection of this experience are the responsibility of all.
It is our duty as the political forces not to remain idle and not just watch so as not to be a cause of the expansion of despair and frustration, but have to seek to restore hope to the souls of citizens, and for all parties, including the power parties, to carry out bold reviews, ending the policy of demonizing other, and desist to manipulate the mood and p
