Nasraddin Sindi in an interview with Alsumaria News announced that "the unity of position between the two main parties in the Kurdistan region and other political parties on the referendum process is an important step," noting that "we do not want any disturbances or problems with our neighbors."
He stressed that "the importance of holding the referendum in the regions outside the administration of the Kurdistan region as the referendum is a fateful issue for the people of those regions to participate in self-determination," pointing out that "many other components in the Kurdistan region support the referendum to end the unstable situation of their areas."
