The General Authority for Kurdish Regions outside the Kurdistan Region praised the role of the Kirkuk Provincial Council and raise the Kurdistan flag on government institutions officially.
Head of the General Authority for the Kurdish Region outside the Kurdistan Region Nasradin Sindi in a statement announced his support for the decision of the provincial council to raise the flag of Kurdistan beside the Iraqi flag in the city of Kirkuk, praising the role of Kirkuk Governor Najmuddin Karim, and the Head of the provincial council Ribwar Talabani in this regard.
He described the decision as historic and bright for the people of Kurdistan, especially the city of Kirkuk.
