For discussing the new legislative term for Kurdistan Parliament, heads of parliamentary blocs are holding a meeting today.
The head of Kurdistan Islamic Union bloc in Kurdistan Parliament, Sherko Jawdat, announced today, Thursday 14 May 2020, said that the heads of parliamentary blocs in Kurdistan Parliament will meet today, but the Speaker of Parliament does not participate in the meeting.
He added that the Kurdistan Islamic Union bloc in Parliament is boycotting today's meeting of the heads of blocs because it is necessary to normalize the conditions inside Parliament first and restore the prestige of Parliament and then discuss the new legislative term of Parliament.
