The Executive Council of the Kurdistan Islamic Union expresses its condolences over the incident in Hamdaniyah, which caused a large number of victims.
The Executive Council of the Kurdistan Islamic Union (KIU) issued a statement saying “We express our deepest sorrow and condolences to the families of the victims of the fire that killed hundreds of people in Hamdaniyah, Mosul province May Allah have mercy on the dead and heal the wounded.”
The statement of the KIU Executive Council said: “The relevant parties should pay more attention to safety systems and measures to protect the lives of citizens when building halls and venues for public events to prevent the repetition of such disasters".
It is worth mentioning that A fire broke out in a party hall in the Hamdaniyah district of Nineveh province last night, killing more than 100 people and injuring hundreds more.
