Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union Salahuddin Mohammad Bahaauddin received on Tuesday Jan Yan Fan Win, deputy Dutch ambassador to Iraq and Janet Alierda, the Dutch Consul General in Erbil.
The Secretary-General referred to the latest political developments in the Kurdistan Region and the region and praised the role of the European Union in stabilizing the region and confronting the ideology of extremism and the reasons that create extremism.
The Secretary-General also referred also to the stage after ISIS and activating the role of the Kurdistan Parliament and holding the referendum in a stable and safe atmosphere as part of the rights of the people of Kurdistan.
The delegation praised the role of the Kurdistan Islamic Union in bringing the views of political parties closer and solving problems.
