During his visits to Bahdinan region, Salahuddin Mohammed Bahauddin, Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union (KIU) in Duhok, said in a meeting with advanced cadres of the third center of the party: I congratulate you on the Islamic New Year and wish you continued success.
Secretary-General of the KIU highlighted the situation in Iraq and the region and analyzed the events and developments and said that the Kurdistan Region is not excluded from the regional and international changes that are taking place in the region.
In another part of his speech, the Secretary-General of the KIU stressed the need to hold elections and said the authorities are afraid of change and bring excuses for not holding elections and bringing problems and delaying it, Citizens must also remember that the solution to problems and change will be by voting and that their abstention from the elections will serve to keep the authorities.
