Salahuddin Mohammed Bahauddin, Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union (KIU), attended the fifth anniversary of the death of former Iraqi President of Iraq and Secretary-General of the Patioric Union of Kurdistan Mam Jalal Talabani in Erbil this evening.
