Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union, Salahuddin Muhammad Bahaauddin, discussed, on Monday, with the representative of the European Union in Erbil, Marie Barrett, the upcoming parliamentary elections and the migration of the region's youth.
The meeting was attended by the official of the Islamic Union Relations Office, Dr. Muhammad Haoudiani, and Kazhal Hadi, a leader in the party.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the upcoming parliamentary elections and the parliamentary debate on the law that will organize the elections.
The two sides also dealt with the issue of the migration of the youth of the Kurdistan region, as a result of unemployment and their loss of hope to live in their homeland, due to the absence of any signs to ensure the future in their homeland.
