Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union, Salahuddin Muhammad Bahaauddin, on Monday sent a congratulatory message on the fiftieth anniversary of the foundation of the Union of Islamic Religious Scholars in Kurdistan.
In his message, Secretary-General said, "Religious scholars throughout history are a subject of pride for our people for their positive role."
He added, "I hope that the Union of Islamic Scholars in Kurdistan will continue its service for the religion, identity, and morals of our people."
