Secretary-General of the Islamic Kurdistan Union, Wednesday, in Erbil, received a representative of the European Union in the Kurdistan region.
Salahaddin Mohammed Bahauddin discussed with the official of the European Union Relations Office in the Kurdistan Region, "Vinson Guillaume" the situation in Iraq and the region and peaceful ways to resolve outstanding issues.
The visiting delegation praised the role of the Kurdistan Islamic Union as a moderate Islamic party in the region, pointing to the impact of its members in society.
