Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union, Salahaddin Mohammed Bahaauddin, on Thursday received Iraqi Minister of Planning Nuri Sabah al-Dulaimi and his delegation.
In a meeting that lasted about an hour, the two sides discussed the political situation in Iraq ,Kurdistan region and the relations between Baghdad and Erbil, the two sides stressed the need to resolve the differences between Erbil and Baghdad via serious dialogue and on the basis of the Constitution.
On the other hand, the two sides discussed the population census project in Iraq and the need to maintain the balance and rights of all components and citizens in the country.
