Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union Salahuddin Mohammad Bahaauddin on Monday, 25/6/2018, congratulated the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on re-election in the presidential elections.
Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union Salahuddin Mohammad Bahaauddin during his message , noted that Erdogan's victory in the presidential elections coincided with a series of challenges facing the Turkish people and the nation as a whole, adding that the people chose him to meet those challenges.
He also expressed the hope that he would be able to meet the current challenges, move towards democracy and stability, and consolidate the relationship between the peoples of the region based on common interests and the right of neighborliness.
