Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union Salahuddin Muhammad Bahaaudin on Thursday 25/01/2018, accompanied by a number of party leader visited the Head of the Islamic Movement in Kurdistan, Sheikh Irfan Abdul Aziz in the city of Sulaymaniyah.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the latest political developments in Kurdistan, Iraq and the region, stressing the need to preserve the unity of the Kurdistan row , stressing at the same time the importance of consolidating bilateral relations between the two sides.
Leading member in the Islamic Movement Kamel Mahmoud during a press conference after the meeting, he pointed out that despite the lack of participation of the movement in the upcoming Iraqi parliamentary elections, but their votes will be in favor of the Kurdistan Islamic Union.
