Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union Salahuddin Muhammad Bahaaudin in the city of Sulaymaniyah on Wednesday received a number of Islamic scholars.
The Secretary-General during the meeting praised the role of Islamic religion scholars within the Kurdistan society pointed out that scholars are the basis of social peace in the Kurdistan region and the Kurdistan community in need of scholars at the present time.
In another part of the meeting Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union pointed to the latest political developments in Kurdistan ,Iraq and the region.
